What makes this program different from other summer camps?
Most Dubai camps offer either short, single-track exposure (a few hours a day, one theme like coding or English) or broad taster sessions with no real output. This is a joint 6-day, full-day, multi-lab program with SP Jain Global Dubai Campus is purpose-built for Grades 8–12, led by experts from IIT Kharagpur, SP Jain Global, IIT Delhi, Accenture, EY, TedEd, Deloitte, etc.
Students don't just learn about AI, entrepreneurship, or public speaking — they ship real AI projects, pitch a live startup to a jury for prize money, deliver their own TED-style talk, and walk away with a personalized career report, personal portfolio, an LOR signed by 12 domain experts, and internship opportunities.
No other program in the market currently combines career guidance, hands-on skilling, entrepreneurship, profile building wellbeing, and verifiable outcomes into one integrated journey.
What kind of projects will students work on in the camp?
Students build a range of hands-on projects — AI-powered applications (e-commerce sites, gaming apps, personal portfolio websites, AI agents), creative outputs (podcasts, video ads, music, social media content), and problem-solving exercises. Every student also delivers their own TED-style talk and works in a team on a startup idea through the Startup Challenge. Beyond the camp, they continue building through the case competitions and a virtual internship.
Will students receive certificates or recognition?
Yes — and there isn't just one. Every student receives a Certificate of Completion, a certificate for the Startup Challenge (with winning teams receiving a separate Certificate of Winning), a certificate for the Business Case Competition run jointly with Celonis, a certificate for the Virtual Internship with Celonis, and another one for the AI for Social Good Challenge. Exceptional students additionally receive a Letter of Recommendation signed by 8 experts.
What will be the worth of these certificates?
The Certificate of Completion carries the logo of SP Jain Global & Roobaroo.ai. It carries the signature of an IIT Kharagpur professor, the CEO of SP Jain Global, and the Founder (IIT Kharagpur & Stanford alumnus) — not just an in-house signature.
The Startup Competition certificate also carries the logo of SP Jain Global and signature of the Jury.
The AI for Social Good Certificate carries signatures of experts from Amazon, Google, Indigo, & Deloitte.
The Letter of Recommendation, given to exceptional students, is signed by 8 domain experts from institutions like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, Accenture, BITS Pilani, and EY.
The Business Case Competition & Virtual Internship certificate carries the signature of Celonis's Head of Academic Alliance — Celonis being a ~$13B valued company.
Together, these give students recognition that's genuinely verifiable and credible, not a generic participation printout.
What will be covered in the Career Lab?
The Career Lab as part of the camp combines keynote workshops on how education and career paths are evolving, with a personalized assessment of each student's personality and strengths that feeds into their individual career report. Students get roundtable access to 6+ experts from different fields, and an opportunity to clear their queries from experts from Google, Bosch, American Express, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, etc, after the camp.
They also get a dedicated one-on-one counseling session with the Founder after the camp ends. The goal is to give every student real and personalised self-awareness and clarity on their career direction — not generic advice.
What all will be covered in the AI Lab?
Students get hands-on exposure to modern AI tools across website and app development, creative work, and automation — including Relay, Make, Google AI Studio, Suno AI, Veo 3, Google Flow, Antigravity, Vercel, Netlify, Gamma, Veed, YouLearn, NotebookLM, and more.
As part of AI Day, they actively build their own projects: an e-commerce website, a gaming website, a personal portfolio website, an educational website, ad creatives, a podcast, AI music, presentations, and social media content. The focus throughout is on practical, responsible, and ethical use of AI as a tool for learning and expression.
What is the Startup Challenge and how does it work?
Students experience the full journey of turning an idea into a solution through a guided startup challenge, culminating in expert feedback and recognition of AED 3000 for the winning team. It’s organised jointly with SP Jain Global & carries their logo along with that of the Jury’s signature. There are a total of 5 certificate categories. Exceptional ideas may also receive further support like incorporation guide, incubation & grants assistance
What is the Business Case Competition?
This is a one-week, beginner-friendly online competition organised jointly with Celonis (Forbes Rank 12, 13B+ valuation), held quarterly beyond the camp. Students work in teams to help a business owner improve their shop rating using AI, Process Intelligence, and Business Analytics, building dashboards and presentations before pitching to experts from Celonis and KPMG. The certificate carries the signature of a Celonis Global Lead. There are multiple certificate categories, including Overall Winner, Best Presentation, and Most Feasible Solution.
How does the Virtual Internship Work?
All students will get a chance to do a virtual internship with Celonis where they will work on business analytics, process intelligence problem solving, and AI-led automation via real-life based projects. This will be a flexible internship which can be completed at the student’s own pace. At the end of the internship students get badge & license they can add to their LinkedIn profile and a joint internship completion certificate issued by Celonis & Roobaroo.ai.
What is AI for Social Good Challenge?
This is a half yearly, beginner friendly online challenge organised with experts from Google, Amazon, Deloitte, and Indigo, where students use their AI skills to tackle real social challenges and compete with the brightest students across the country. Certificates are signed by a jury from Amazon, Google, Deloitte, Indigo, and IIT Kharagpur, and the top three teams win cash prizes: INR 30000 for the winner, INR 20000 for runner up, and INR 10000 for third place. It runs over two weeks, fully online.

We also have evening activities through the week, including a gaming night, movie night, jamming night, and an outdoor closing activity.
How is student safety managed during the camp?
Students are under continuous supervision by designated program mentors and coordinators, with both male and female staff present. All our classes will have first aid kits and medicines available and we are committed to making this a safe experience for each child.
Each student will be given a Photo ID Card with all necessary details and for safe pick-up and drops, we will also provide a unique card to each parent to ensure the entire experience is smooth and safe. We have taken special care about security and the entire premise will be under CCTV Surveillance.
Will recordings of the sessions be available?
The camp is designed as a highly interactive, in-person experience, so students are encouraged to attend all sessions. In some cases where recording is feasible, sessions may be recorded for limited reference, but regular participation is strongly recommended.
Who is this program for?
Our Winter Camp is open to students from Grades 8–12, across all streams like Science, Commerce, and Humanities. We welcome students with all kinds of career aspirations, whether they dream of becoming doctors, engineers, IAS officers, entrepreneurs, artists, researchers, or are still unsure about their path. The program is built on the belief that becoming future‑ready is every student’s right, regardless of background or career goal.
Is the program beginner‑friendly?
Yes, completely. The camp is designed for beginners and does not assume any prior knowledge of AI, startups, finance, public speaking, or career planning. All concepts are introduced in a simple, structured, and hands‑on manner.
What is the admission process?
Students apply online by sharing basic details. Our team then connects with the student for a short, friendly interaction, and the final confirmation is shared after this conversation.
What is the purpose of the interaction or interview?
This is not an exam or elimination round. It is a conversation to ensure the program is a good fit for the student and to set the right expectations on both sides.
Is there any eligibility criteria or academic cut‑off?
There are no marks‑based cut‑offs or subject requirements. Selection is based on a student’s interest, openness to learning, and willingness to actively participate.
How many students are selected?
Each batch is limited to 70 students to ensure personalised attention, meaningful interaction with experts, and a high‑quality learning experience.
What technology setup does a student need?
Students are expected to have access to a laptop (Windows or Mac) on which they can operate AI platforms to create projects and basic comfort with using online tools and browsers. The wifi will be provided at the venue.
Do students need to install any special software in advance?
No specialised software is required beforehand. Most tools used during the program are web‑based, and clear instructions will be shared wherever access or setup is needed.
Will students receive a certificate if they miss a session?
Students are encouraged to attend all sessions. However, one or two unavoidable absences may still be considered while awarding the certificate.
What is the early bird offer and program fee?
The Early Bird fee (valid till 15th October) is AED 4499. The Standard fee (from 16th October onwards) is AED 4899.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. A group discount of AED 300 per student is available for groups of four or more students applying together.
What does the program fee include?
The fee covers all academic sessions, expert‑led workshops, program resources, career exploration tools, participation in competitions, certificates, and meals during session hours.
How can the fee be paid?
Payments are made through a secure online payment link directly to the account of SP Jain Global. You can pay using debit cards, credit cards, or opt for EMI options as supported by the payment gateway.
Is installment‑based payment allowed?
The program fee is generally expected to be paid as a one‑time payment. In exceptional cases, students may request an installment option with a valid rationale, which will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
What is the refund policy after confirmation?
Withdrawal within 5 days of payment gets a full refund, withdrawal between day 6 and day 10 gets 50 percent, and there's no refund after day 10. In the rare case the camp cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control, students are issued a credit toward a future edition rather than a cash refund.
Why are there dedicated sessions for parents?
We understand that parents are the most important stakeholders in any child's journey and we deeply care about enabling them with the right awareness and means so they can support the students in the best possible way.
Who will take these parent sessions?
There are 3 dedicated online parent sessions, each led by a different expert — an IIT Kharagpur professor, a global digital wellbeing expert, and an adolescent psychology expert. For more details about the experts & the session, please check out the ‘For Parents’ section of the website
What will the parent sessions cover?
These sessions are designed to help parents understand the science behind the teenage mind, helping parents support their child’s wellbeing and decision-making, share practical tips from each expert's field, and clarify parents' specific questions in real time. The goal is to equip parents with concrete ways to support their child's growth without burnout, through the program and beyond.
When and how will these sessions be conducted?
The sessions will be conducted online, on the weekends after the summer camp is over. There are four sessions of approximately 1.5 hours each. More details will be provided in the whatsapp group we will create for the parents
Is there support available after the camp ends?
Yes. Every student gets a one-on-one session with the Founder after the camp to discuss their career direction and build a forward roadmap, plus access to virtual industry internship with Celonis and the online Business Case Competition run in association with Celonis.
They will also participate in an AI challenge judged by experts from Amazon, Google, Indigo etc. We will also share exclusive ebooks around AI, Entrepreneurship, Soft Skills, and guidebooks on getting internships, AI project ideas, on getting into Ivy League Universities, and more.
Beyond this we keep sharing resources on an ongoing basis, and continue supporting students who want to build further on their startup ideas or have any doubts. The idea is to keep the community thriving well beyond the six days of camp.
Are sessions conducted separately for different classes?
For certain topics, such as communication or emotional resilience, students will be grouped separately (Grades 8–10 and 11–12) to keep discussions more relevant. Other sessions may be conducted together to encourage collaboration across Grades 8–12 while ensuring that students across different grades derive the same benefit.
What is the teaching style like?
Learning is experiential and interactive, with live projects, simulations, discussions, case‑based thinking, reflections, and teamwork rather than passive lectures.
Can so many topics really be covered in just six days?
The goal is not to create mastery in one subject but to provide structured exposure, strong foundations, and guided exploration. Students leave with clarity, practical skills, live projects, and tools they can continue using long after the camp ends.
Who are the experts and mentors involved?
Sessions are led by professionals from fields such as finance, AI, mental health, public speaking, & startups, with experience across institutions like IIT Kharagpur, SP Jain, BITS Pilani, Deloitte, Niti Aayog, TedEd, EY, etc
Why is wellbeing a core part of the program?
Academic success alone does not guarantee emotional health. The program consciously addresses stress, anxiety, digital overload, and resilience, helping students grow without burning out.
Is mental health handled professionally?
Yes. Wellbeing sessions are designed and facilitated by qualified psychologists and public mental health experts, ensuring a responsible and age‑appropriate approach.
Who is the founder of this company?
Bhaskar is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur and Stanford, currently a Mentor with NITI Aayog (Atal Tinkering Labs), and a guest speaker at Masters' Union, Mesa School, and IIT Kharagpur. He has coached 1000+ students, professionals, and founders on career clarity, job readiness, and startup building. He has previously worked with Fortune 500 brands like Tata, Titan, and Asian Paints, and partnered with Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Who are the experts and advisors associated with the company?
Roobaroo's work is backed by a wide network of researchers and professionals — including professors from IITs and TISS, and professionals from companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. The network includes alumni from institutions like Harvard, Stanford, and UC San Diego, as well as people working across government bodies such as IPS Officers, and social impact organizations, including the Azim Premji Foundation. We have 25+ onboarded mentors, field experts, and advisors supporting our work.
Why is there a need for this company?
Bhaskar has watched closely how the world of work and wellbeing is shifting — and started Roobaroo.ai to help students grow without burning out and truly thrive, not just perform. The idea came from seeing, again and again, how talented young people are pushed toward achievement without being given the clarity or emotional tools to sustain it.
What's unique about the venture?
Growth and wellbeing have long been sold as two separate worlds — but life doesn't work that way. Roobaroo builds holistic programs that integrate career guidance, skill-building, profile-building, and wellbeing into one journey, because young minds need more than career prep alone — they need clarity, future-proof skills, portfolio, and confidence to stand out in the AI world along with wellbeing to sustain themselves as they grow.
What’s our presence in UAE?
Roobaroo.ai is primarily an Indian company. In the UAE, we will be conducting the winter camp in collaboration with SP Jain Global Dubai Campus — all invoicing and billing for the Dubai camp is handled by the Institute. We are opening our summer camp for the UAE after receiving an overwhelming number of enquiry from the parents there while we were doing the IIT Delhi Summer Camp in India.
What’s the previous experience in conducting such camps?
We had organised two editions of summer camp in June 2026 which saw participation of 80 students from 70 schools and 26 cities across India. We have received very satisfactory feedback from both students and parents alike and are proud that our program is uniquely different from all such programs in the nation. For proof, please check the different sections of the website like testimony, student showcase, etc.
